Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using DocCareHub, creating an account, or booking an appointment.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DocCareHub website and mobile application (the "Platform"), operated from Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
1. What DocCareHub Is
DocCareHub is an online booking platform that connects patients with independent, verified doctors across multiple specialties. We are a booking intermediary — we do not employ doctors and are not a party to the doctor-patient medical relationship. Diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice are the doctor's sole responsibility.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate name, phone number, and email during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Doctors must complete our verification process (qualification, ID, and photo approval) before their profile becomes visible to patients.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Appointment slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The consultation fee shown at booking is set by the doctor.
- Payments made online are processed through our licensed payment gateway partner; we do not store your full card or bank credentials.
- Cash payments made directly at the clinic are between you and the doctor.
4. Platform Commission
Doctors receive the full consultation fee from the patient and separately pay DocCareHub a service commission for use of the platform. This commission arrangement does not affect the fee a patient pays.

6. Doctor Conduct & Content
Doctors are independent professionals responsible for the accuracy of their profile, qualifications, blog posts, and advice given during consultations. DocCareHub reserves the right to suspend or remove any doctor account found to be providing false credentials or engaging in unprofessional conduct.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, attempting to bypass the booking/payment system, or posting abusive content in reviews, the community forum, or the blog comments.
8. Limitation of Liability
DocCareHub facilitates bookings but is not responsible for the quality of medical care provided by doctors, medical outcomes, or disputes arising directly between a patient and a doctor. In case of a platform-side error (e.g. a payment or booking system fault), our liability is limited to correcting the error or refunding the affected transaction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
